New Year has come. It’s time to make resolutions. Recall
the resolutions you had made for the previous year 2019. Check whether you have
followed it. If no, it’s ok. So what? Let’s make another set of resolution for
2020. Making resolution is a good habit. Let’s don’t give up our good habits.
Here are some simple basic 10
resolution ideas for the upcoming year 2020. Hope it might help you.
1. I should get up early morning and exercise.
Getting up early morning before sunrise refreshes
your mind and body. The whole world will be calm. We can practice meditation,
yoga and other exercises to keep you fit and healthy. Doing meditation early
morning helps us to connect with the universe. The whole day we will be
energetic and feel satisfied. Doing Affirmations and visualization before
sunrise improves your life gradually
2. I should eat only healthy foods
We must be healthy to achieve our dreams. To be
healthy, the first tip is to eat healthy. Eat and drink what your body needs.
Eating more than what our body needs will put on weight and eating too little
will make you to lose weight. Also eat wide range of colourful fruits and
vegetables and home cooked foods.
3. I should not hurt others.
You reap what you sow. what we do to others will
come back to us in our life after a certain period of time. This is nature’s
law. If we hurt someone, then we will get hurt somewhere at some part of life.
Also that incident will keep striking our mind and make us feel ashamed. We don’t
know what’s going on in their life and our hurting words may increase their
pain. This action will increase our bad karma and that reflects in our life. So
taking a resolution not to hurt others is a good one.
4. I must work on my passion
Life is too short. We are physically here, only
for a brief period of time. It’s not okay to just settle. There should be a
satisfaction when we look back at our life. Just working hard and earning money
will never give satisfaction. Following our passion gives us a sense of purpose to
live in this world. It makes us happier. We’ll be filled with a sense of joy.
It helps us to fulfill something greater than we could imagine.
5. I must read more books
The only way to become smarter no matter what we
are and where we are is to read. It plays a major role in developing our
intelligence, problem solving skills, analytical skills and our ability to
understand others quickly.
6. I must Save more money
Saving money helps us to become financially secure
and also helps us during emergency situation. It gives us peace of mind. If we
are financially secure, there is no need of worrying about the future. It improves
the quality of our life.
7. I must be organized
By keeping right things at the right place, we can save
our time searching for things at home. Being organized increases our self-confidence
and make us more disciplined. It increases the storage space at home and makes
our home more attractive. Not only our home but our hand bags, work table,
working place everything being organized boost our mental energy and keeps us
stress free. It helps us to follow our good resolutions taken this year.
8. I must be calm and composed
We are often affected by our external environment
and people around us. Sometimes the situations are so worse that we lose our
mind and burst out of control. This will cut short our friends and relatives
and we’ll have to worry in a couple of minutes after realizing our mistake. So it’s
better to be calm though you don’t like the situation.
Early
morning exercise, yoga and pranayama helps us to control our mind and gives us
a clear thinking capacity and healthy mind and body.
9. Think positive
Positive thinking gives both physical and mental wellness. It
increases our life span by reducing our stress which in turn improves our
immunity health. It is said that negative thought slows down our brains ability
to function and reduces our creativity. Meanwhile positive thinking will
improves our lifestyle and we’ll get a sense of joy. It has done wonders in many
peoples life. So let’s have it as one of our resolution.
10.I should go to bed on time
Going to bed on time, helps us to get up
early the next day. Sleepless night makes the next day lazy. Also it increase
dark circles around the eyes. It is said that going to bed on time improves our
memory; helps our body parts to function properly and also makes us feel
happier the next day. Moreover it keeps us healthy and protects us from many
life threatening diseases
