Bullet proof masala tea

Bullet proof masala tea. It is an excellent energy booster. During fasting days, I drink only 1 cup of bulletproof tea which keeps me filling and energetic throughout the day. What is bulletproof tea? You might have heard of bulletproof coffee. It is a blend of coffee and butter. Bulletproof tea is a blend of tea and butter. Bulletproof is actually a brand name. It’s actually butter tea. It keeps us warm during winter season. It keeps our skin shining and moisturized. Here I have mixed butter with masala chai which comprises the benefits of different spices. Previously I have heard of bulletproof coffee. But I am not a coffee drinker. Once I have heard that coffee increases pitta in the body and increase in pitta has many side effects including grey hair at a very young age. Red spinach tea/ Amaranth tea

Red colour of Amaranth/red spinach is due to the plant pigment anthocyanin which is a water soluble powerful antioxidant . During decoction, this anthocyanin gets infused in water and gives an attractive colour to the tea. Cloves and other Spices added to the tea release nice aroma which enhances your mood and activates your body. Ingredients: Amaranth leaves : 10 leaves Cloves:2 Cinnamon: crush a small amount Cardomom: 2 Cumin seed : 1/2 tablespoon Palm sugar/ Brown sugar: As per your taste requirement Procedure: Step 1: Boil 2 cups of water in a boiling pan Step 2: when the water starts boiling, red spinach leaves/ amaranth leaves, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon and allow the mixture to boil Step 3: when 2 cups of water has reduced to one cup, the red colour gets infused in the water. switch of the flame. Masala chai/masala tea

Masala tea is an instant energy booster. When you feel tired and bored, sip a cup of masala tea and you will feel refreshed. The variety of spices in this tea keeps you healthy too.         It is a mixture of many spices with different flavor and different aroma which enhances your mood and also nourishes your health. The most commonly used ingredients are cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon. You can add or remove the spices according to your wish. Here comes my way of making Masala chai. Ingredients: Milk: 1 cup Tea powder: 2 tablespoon Cloves: 2 Cardamon: 2 Cinnamon: crush a small piece Dry ginger powder: 1/2 teaspoon Palm sugar: as per your sweet requirement Steps: 1. Boil milk 2. After it starts boiling add tea powder, cloves, cardamon, cinnamon and dry ginger powder 3. Boil it until the flavor blends with milk( 5 min). 4.Now the tea is ready. Strain it. 5.
