EGG POACH
Ingredients:
Desi egg: 1 nos
Gingely oil : 2 tablespoon
Pepper powder: 2 pinches
Salt: 2 pinches
Procedure:
- Take an iron kadai and heat 2 tablespoon of gingely oil in the iron kadai.
- Break the egg and spill the egg content on the heated kadai
- Sprinkle two pinches of pepper and two pinches of salt over it.
- Close it with a glass lid and cook it for 2 minutes in slow flame.
- After the upper portion is half cooked scratch it from the kadai with a silver spatula and serve it hot.
- If you want the other side also to be cooked, then flip it to the other side and cook it for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Now the healthy egg poach is ready.
· Gingely

In olden days ,
