Honey with warm water/benefits


  •  Take a glass jar and add 2 tablespoon of honey.
  • Then add one cup of luke warm water and stir it well.
  • Stir it well otherwise honey gets deposited at the bottom of the juice jar.
  • Then drink it by sipping the honey water slowly.
  • This honey water has enormorous benefits which I would like to share with you.
  • The main tip to be followed to  get better result is that this drink must be taken in empty stomach early morning.

I have experienced all these benefits and so I wanted to share with you.

  • Clean and clear skin
          In my teen age, I always wanted a clear skin which I was lacking. One of my friends gave me this secret tip which I started following the very next day. And yes, drinking this warm water honey in empty stomach gives us clean and clear skin. Our skin becomes silky and shining. It gives us even skin tone throughout the body.
  • Weight loss elixir
Honey with warm water is an excellent weight loss recipe. It improves the body metabolism and aids in weight loss.
During fasting, drinking honey with luke warm water burns fat and reduced weight drastically.
But I'll never say drinking this water alone will reduce weight. Additionally, physical exercises like yoga, surya namaskar has to be done to reduce weight.
One of friends drank honey with luke warm water early morning and went for a walk. She reduced 5 kg in 3 months. So u can also give a try.
  • Protects us from cough and cold:
This is one of my friends experience. She used to get infected by cold virus very often. When she started drinking honey with warm water, she didnt get cold for more than a year. Honey with warm water makes our immune system strong and protects us from common cold and cough.
     Also drinking or sipping honey in spoon soothens the throat and cures dry cough.
Not only the simple benefits we get from honey, there are n number of benefits. But here I have shared only which I have experienced.
