Brinjal: 2 (chopped into cubes)
Tomato: 1
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Green chillies: 2 sliced
Garlic: 2 cloves
Gingely oil or coconut oil: 4 tbsp
Tamarind juice: extracted from 4 seeded tamarind
Seasoning
items:
Mustard: ½ tsp
Fenugreek: ½ tsp
Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Curry leaves: a small amount
Spice powder:
Red Chilli powder: 1 ½ tablespoon
Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder: ½ tablespoon
To grind:
½ shell Coconut and 1tsp cumin seeds.
I make curry in cooker as it is easy and takes less time (hardly
10 min)

Step 8: Add coconut paste into the cooker and add required
amount of water. The mixer should be neither thick nor watery.
