Masala tea is an instant energy
booster. When you feel tired and bored, sip a cup of masala tea and you will
feel refreshed. The variety of spices in this tea keeps you healthy too.
It
is a mixture of many spices with different flavor and different aroma which
enhances your mood and also nourishes your health. The most commonly used
ingredients are cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon. You can add or remove the
spices according to your wish. Here comes my way of making Masala chai.
Ingredients:
Milk: 1 cup
Tea powder: 2 tablespoon
Cloves: 2
Cardamon: 2
Cinnamon: crush a small piece
Dry ginger powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Palm sugar: as per your sweet requirement
Tea powder: 2 tablespoon
Cloves: 2
Cardamon: 2
Cinnamon: crush a small piece
Dry ginger powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Palm sugar: as per your sweet requirement
Steps:
1. Boil milk
2. After it starts boiling add tea powder, cloves, cardamon, cinnamon and dry ginger powder
3. Boil it until the flavor blends with milk( 5 min).
4.Now the tea is ready. Strain it.
5. Add palm sugar for sweetness(don't add white sugar)
start the day with this healthy masala chai. It’s healthy as well as tasty...
