Dosa is a traditional south Indian recipe and it has won the
hearts of every Indian. This Protein Dosa contains the goodness of urad dhal, green
gram, toor dhal and Rice and chickpea. It is rich in carbohydrates and protein
and keeps us active and energytic.
It satisfies our dosa cravings in an energytic way.
Ingredients:

½ cup raw rice
·
½ cup urad dhal( Black gram)
·
½ cup green gram
·
½ cup toor dhal
·
100g chickpea
·
3 green chillies or red chillies
·
1 tspn cumin seeds
·
Oil or ghee
·
Salt as required
Procedure:
1.
Soak all the ingredients(rice, urad dhal, green
gram, toor dhal, and chickpeas) in water overnight.

The next day strain the water

And put all the ingredients in a mixer jar and put
green chillies and cumin seeds and pour required amount of water and grind it into
a batter. It must have the consistency of dosa batter. Add salt to taste.

Then heat the dosa pan in high flame. Once it is
heated put the flame in sim and pour little batter on the dosa pan and spread it
into a thin round dosa using the base of the ladle. Now keep the flame in
medium.
5.
Drizzle some oil or ghee around the dosa and also on
its top. Cook in medium flame until it is golden brown
6.
Fold it into half and serve it hot
