Sapota milk shake is healthy and easy to make. Sapota fruit
itself is sweet and there is no need of adding any sweeteners. It can be taken
as a light breakfast also. It gives you a filling and soothing feeling while sipping.
Ingredients:
- 1 Sapota
- 1 cup boiled milk

How will you prepare?
1. Cut the sapota into equal half and remove the seeds and scoop
the flesh inside.
2. Put the sapota flesh inside a blender and add little boiled
milk to blend it well.
3. Now add the remaining milk into the blender and blend it well.
4. Pour the shake into a milkshake jar
5. That’s all. Done. It looks yummy and delicious
