fasting days, I drink only 1 cup of bulletproof tea which keeps me filling and
energetic throughout the day.
You might have heard of bulletproof coffee. It is a blend of
coffee and butter. Bulletproof tea is a blend of tea and butter. Bulletproof is
actually a brand name. It’s actually butter tea.

Here I have mixed butter with masala chai which comprises the
benefits of different spices. Previously I have heard of bulletproof coffee.
But I am not a coffee drinker. Once I have heard that coffee increases pitta in
the body and increase in pitta has many side effects including grey hair at a
very young age.
So when I came to know that coffee turns black hair grey, I
stopped drinking coffee. Whether it is a myth or not, Why should we take risk?

simmer for 5 minutes so that the aroma, and taste of the spices get infused in
the milk.
5. Here comes the main ingredient butter. After straining the masala tea in a cup, add a cube of butter into it. The butter melts in the heat.
