Nowadays human life is flooded with lifestyle related health condition. But I believe that nature pampers us like mother and forgive all our mistakes and provide us the simple remedies for these complex diseases. And my life time goal is to explore such simple remedies and share with you. Here I have come out with a simple remedy for hemorrhoids commonly known as piles. The remedy may sound simple, but it gives 100% result.

What is hemorrhoid?
Hemorrhoid commonly known as piles is a condition that leads to pain, discomfort and irritation while passing stool. The main reason for hemorrhoid is prolonged constipation and diarrhea.
Who are prone to hemorrhoid?
Eating more spicy food, lack of exercise, overweight and those who have prolonged constipation are prone to hemorrhoid.
What are the foods to be avoided when you are affected by hemorrhoid?
Avoid eating non vegetarian foods like chicken, mutton etc.
Avoid eating bread, pizza burger, all types of western foods.
Avoid eating spicy foods
Avoid deep fried food
What are the foods to be included to cure it?
  • Prevention is always better than cure. But the nature has also given us a chance to heal naturally when we get awareness at the early stage of the disease.
  • Incorporate more fibrous foods in your diet.
  • Eat porridge kind of dishes at night for 1 week. Porridge smoothen the intestine walls and cures ulcers in stomach. Then after getting cured, we can have porridge at least once in a week.

  • We must include more colourful fruits and vegetables in our diet.

How to cure hemorrhoid naturally?
There is a fruit given by the nature that cure even prolonged hemorrhoid and that precious fruit is papaya. For one week we must eat only papaya as the morning breakfast. Also before going to bed we must eat quarter size of one full papaya.

For afternoon lunch eat only curd rice and red spinach (sihapu thandu keerai) poriyal. Alo at night have cool porridge kind of dishes without any spices. We must not have pickles as side dish for porridge. The porridge must be taken solely.

If we are at the initial stage of the disease, within 3 days, following this diet will make the piles to disappear. Otherwise, following this diet for one week will cure the piles for sure.
We must also drink fenugreek water. Soak 2 tablespoon of fenugreek in a cup of water and leave it overnight. Drink this water early morning. It reduces body temperature. Body heat is also one of the reason for piles. Also drink cumin seed water it aid in digestion and keeps us away from constipation.
It’s very important to keep ourselves constipation free. Otherwise, the piles may reappear. So eat healthy and be healthy. Eat variety of fruits and vegetables and be constipation free.
