Unniappam: I have tasted
unniappam as temple prashadam. Later I found that making this sweet recipe is
very easy. Recently I became a fan of Kuzhipaniyaram recipes and started making
kuzhipaniyaram every week.
This is one of my small steps in
my healthy recipe journey. This unniappam is 100% safe and sweet recipe. I
shared this unni appam with my neighbours and got excellent feedback.
There
are different methods of making unniappam. But as I already said I always
prefer simple and easy way of cooking and this method is simple and easy but
very tasty.

It was so sweet and aromatic as I
added freshly beaten cardamom.
How can you enhance the taste of this unniappam?
Here I have added only 3
ingredients. You can add shredded coconut and sesame seeds to enhance its
taste.
This sweet unni appam can also be
made with black jaggery which is healthier than brown jaggery. I would try this
in future and share with you.
Will kids love this unniappam?
Instead of buying sweets from
bakery and spoiling their health, this is an excellent sweet to satisfy their
sweet cravings.
They may get addicted to its
taste, so tasty it was.
Only safe and healthy ingredients
are necessary for making this unniappam. So it is a healthy snack for children.
