Sapota Milkshake/ Chikku milk shake

Sapota milk shake is healthy and easy to make. Sapota fruit itself is sweet and there is no need of adding any sweeteners. It can be taken as a light breakfast also. It gives you a filling and soothing feeling while sipping. Ingredients: 1 Sapota 1 cup boiled milk Kitchen equipment: Mixer A juice jar How will you prepare? 1. Cut the sapota into equal half and remove the seeds and scoop the flesh inside. 2. Put the sapota flesh inside a blender and add little boiled milk to blend it well. 3. Now add the remaining milk into the blender and blend it well. 4. Pour the shake into a milkshake jar 5. That’s all. Done. Sweet potato is a perfect, healthy, filling and simple breakfast for a busy morning routine. we can serve this with a cup of milk as breakfast when there is only little time for making breakfast. All you need is: Sweet potato: 1 kg (Serves 2 nos) A cooker A chopping knife How to cook? Sweet potatoes are available in small as well as large size. As I got a large one, I have chopped into pieces so that I could easily add into the cooker. Now add the chopped potato pieces into the cooker and add required amount of water. What are free radicals? Free radicals are unpaired electrons in the body. Electrons always like to be in pair. So they scavenge the body to get an electron to become a pair. This hunt for electrons by the free radicals damages the cells, DNA and proteins in the body. How are free radicals produced? Free radicals are produced by oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is the splitting up of oxygen molecule into single atom with unpaired electrons called free radicals. When does oxidative stress occur?
